Cannot get ZAAZU on toolbar when writing e-mails on hotmail even after following your instruction...tried several times..a waste of time.

It does not work for me in Hotmail with IE 7 on Win XP. I don't know what's missing. Unfortunately I cannot read the instructions either because they require something that I don't have either. It would be nice to have text instructions so I could at least read them. Obviously my ratings of the product cannot be taken into consideration because I have not even seen it. All I get if I choose Insert Fun Smiley into Email is "Loading..." which never loads anything.
